All general conditions related to voluntary auctions is regulated by Law no. 527/2002 Collection of Laws on voluntary auction sales (Voluntary auction act) and and on amendment of the Law no. 323/1992 Collection of Laws, on public notaries and notary´s activity as subsequently amended, became effective on 1st January 2003.
The object of an auction can be a tangible property, a right, an other asset value, a business as a going concern or its part.
We organize auctions professionally according to the law, prepare all required documentation and provide staff for the entire auction.
